Pokémon Center Tokyo DX + Pokémon Café Tokyo
The official shop and reservation-only café can be planned in one area. The café is in Nihombashi Takashimaya S.C. East Building.
Pokémon Center Osaka DX + Pokémon Café Osaka
Both are listed at Daimaru Shinsaibashi Main Building, making this the clearest Osaka option for shopping plus a booked meal.
Pokémon Center Kyoto
A specialist goods store in SUINA Muromachi. It is not one of the two official Pokémon Café locations listed on the café site.

Pokémon Center, Pokémon Store and Pokémon Café are different plans
The official shop list describes Pokémon Centers as specialist stores for Pokémon goods. A Pokémon Store can be a smaller, travel-convenient retail stop, while the Pokémon Café is a separate dining experience with its own reservation rules.
That distinction matters because a traveler can usually add a Center to a shopping route, but a café reservation fixes a specific time and location. Treat the café as an appointment, not as a walk-in add-on to the shop.

Choose one flagship stop instead of crossing the city for every branch
Tokyo has several official choices, including Shibuya, Skytree Town, Tokyo Bay and Tokyo Station. Osaka has Osaka DX in Shinsaibashi and Pokémon Center Osaka in Umeda. For most visitors, the best branch is the one already aligned with the day’s transport—not automatically the one with the longest social-media queue.
Nihombashi and Shinsaibashi are the efficient choices when the café is the priority. Kyoto works well as a pure shopping stop between central sightseeing areas, without planning a themed meal around it.

The Pokémon Café FAQ says the store requires a reservation and notes that seats may be offered only when last-minute cancellations occur. It also warns that reservation availability and release timing can change, so copied tips from an old post should never override the live reservation page.
For shops, product launches can change queues, purchasing limits and entry handling. Check the page for the exact branch, not only the general Pokémon account, before making a long cross-city detour.
