1. We start with a traveler decision
Every guide begins with a real question or failure moment: whether a medicine can enter Japan, what ticket is required, what to do after a rejected card, or who to call in an emergency.
2. The responsible source establishes the rule
Government authorities and the relevant transport or service operator are the primary sources for rules, eligibility, procedures and emergency information. Community discussions may reveal a question to investigate, but they are not treated as proof.
3. Official information and firsthand testing stay separate
The first edition of this site uses official information only. A page may be labeled field-tested only when PROPS LLC has recorded the item or service, device, plan, location, date, method, result and meaningful failure conditions. We never invent personal experience.
4. We explain limits and fallbacks
A result for one phone, route, station or payment terminal is not automatically universal. Guides state route-, operator-, device- or date-specific limits and include a practical fallback when the preferred path fails.
5. Review dates are visible
Each guide displays its editorial review date and links to the official pages used. Readers should reopen the original source before acting because rules, prices, schedules and service conditions can change.
6. Corrections are welcome
Send the page URL, the information in question and the relevant official source to info@props-with.jp. Material corrections are reviewed by PROPS LLC and the page review date is updated when appropriate.
7. Commercial independence
Affiliate availability does not decide the topic, test scope, findings or conclusion. Paid relationships and product provision are disclosed clearly. We also explain who a product or service is not suitable for.
